Warranty Information
All products sold by DSPS carry a manufacturer warranty. If you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. You may contact us by email if you require assistance.
DSPS does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. DSPS expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.
General Information
DSPS may make improvements and/or changes in products, programs and pricing in this publication at any time. DSPS shall not be held liable for clerical, graphical, typographical and printing errors. We take pride in our site, errors do sometimes occur and for that we apologize.
DSPS is willing to do business with anyone who needs pool supplies. We do reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone and refuse sales that are the result of a clerical error or error in quote. Possession of web site material or literature from DSPS does not constitute the right to purchase product from DSPS.
Product Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Special Orders
Special orders must be in writing and include the manufactures name and part number. All special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Allow up to four weeks to receive order.
International Orders
Orders outside of the US and Canada are subject to a $50.00 minimum order. We will check with you by email regarding the shipping cost prior to shipment.
Orders within the Continental US
All domestic orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Merchandise Returns
Return of non-defective merchandise is permitted within 10 days of buyers receipt of merchandise. Please contact DSPS by E-mail to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to returning goods. Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong product. DSPS reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges.

All customer information provided to DSPS for the purpose of ordering and correspondence is held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to any other party.
